This was a very fun unit as we had to create our own app.The app had to be designed to help young children to learn the alphabet. To do this unit I used App Inventor to create it and Balsamiq Mockups to design the screens. I included a lot of fun features into my app like drawing to trace a letter and Text to Speech to show the user how to say the letter. I enjoyed this unit because I was able to make my very own app, something I thought I would never do. This unit has taught me a lot about how important it is to make apps look appealing other wise no one will want to use it. I really enjoyed this unit because we had a lot of freedom in creating our own app the way we wanted to because the scenario we had allowed us to all design very different apps so none of the ones were did were the same.
